Train in all our classes as many times as you want. We have classes every day to choose from, with 3 contract lengths depending on how committed you are to your training.

Only want to train in our off peak classes? Train Mornings and lunch times with this option, It includes weekday morning and lunch time classes Monday to Friday, The Women’s class on Saturdays and our public open mat on Sundays

Student & Emergency Services Unlimited Membership

Are you a student or work in the emergency services or NHS? This membership is for you. Train in any of our classes as many times as you want for this great rate.

Join our Women’s membership and train in our Saturday Women’s only class as well as our Sunday Open Mat.

Want to join us for our open mats only? This is the option for you. Train in any of our scheduled open mats. We have open mats every lunch time, Saturdays and The Famous Public Open Mat on Sunday.
